Crisis Services is a 24-hour comprehensive crisis center and community resource whose first responders provide support to anyone in need. We save lives by restoring safety, promoting emotional strength, and reducing the impact of trauma through intervention, education, prevention, and community collaboration.
This hospital-based emergency psychiatric program offers care including evaluation, treatment and referrals 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Staff include full-time psychiatrists, including a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry, social workers and nurses. At least one full-time psychiatrist is available at all times, day or night.
Crisis Services Coordination (CSC) is provided by a Licensed Social Worker and available to individuals residing in Niagara County who experience mental health issues and co-occurring concerns such as substance abuse and/or developmental disabilities.
